Title: Foundations of Capability Duration: 2 Days Prerequisites: None Description: Attendees of this course will be able to lead and support efforts for better operations and organizational performance improvements. Attendees will be able to: Understand and interpret the CMMI model with business value Describe the components of CMMI Use CMMI as a tool for improving business performance Understand the high-level value of a CMMI Appraisal Course Format: Composed of lectures and class exercise with time allotted for participant questions and discussion. The format of the course requires that students actively participate throughout the duration of the course without missing any class time. Course Completion Requirements: Exam Credit to take the Certified Associate Exam What you will get: Certificate of Course Completion Certification as a CMMI Associate upon passing the exam. Prerequisite for serving on a CMMI appraisal team. Prerequisite for any advanced CMMI training course.
