Jim Moudry has over 30 years combined experience in Process Engineering and Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Government Systems Acquisition, Test and Evaluation Management, Systems Integration, Resource Management, and Training Development. He has expertise working in Model-Based Process Improvement using Total Quality Management, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2000 standards, and the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Software Capability Maturity Model (SW-CMM®) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®). He also has experience as a Lead Appraiser and Consultant providing/developing training and coaching related to Process Improvement, SW-CMM®, CMMI®, CMMI® Appraisals, readiness reviews, and specialized tutorials on related topics. Jim is a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and American Society for Quality Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and Certified Software Quality Engineer.
