CMMI Marketplace is pleased to announce that Dr. Richard Waina, founder and Principal of Multi-Dimensional Maturity have joined CMMI Marketplace as partner. He brings 40+ years of experience applying process improvement (PI) best practices including CMMI to diverse industries- defense, industrial and commercial organizations. He has assisted organizations to establish process improvement (PI) infrastructure such as Software Engineering Process Groups (SEPG) and Process Action Teams (PAT) to sustain process improvement efforts. He brings vast experience in CMMI appraisal as he has conducted over one hundred appraisals of all Levels in nine countries, working with organizations ranging in size from less than 50 people to several thousand.
He is an SEI-certified SCAMPI Lead Appraiser and CMMI® (CMM® Integration) instructor for the Development and Services constellations.
